Used Stevens Values 2026:
Every Model, Every Caliber.

J. Stevens Arms was founded in 1864 in Chicopee, Massachusetts. One of America's oldest firearms makers, Stevens is now a budget-brand division of Savage Arms (Westfield, MA). Stevens 320 pump shotgun, 555 over/under, Model 200 bolt-action, and the Favorite single-shot .22 rifle are core products. Stevens 22-410 over/under (.22 LR / .410 Bore combination) is a classic American small-game gun. Currently produced and Stevens-branded products are lower-tier alternatives to Savage's main lineup.

Stevens Value FAQ

Are Stevens products as good as Savage?

Stevens-branded production is the budget tier of the Savage Arms catalog. Mechanically the Stevens 320 pump is comparable to Mossberg 500; the 555 O/U is comparable to entry-level Beretta 686. Build quality is acceptable; not premium. MSRP $250-450.

Is the Stevens 22-410 collectible?

Yes — the original 22-410 over/under combination gun (produced 1939-1969 in the original style) is highly collected. Original-condition examples regularly run $400-900. Newer reissues by Savage are functional but not as collectible as originals.

What's the Crackshot XBR?

Stevens's modern crossbow-style rimfire pistol/rifle hybrid — fires .410 Bore shotshells in a long-barrel single-shot configuration. Designed for small-game hunting. Quirky niche product; not widely available.

Are Stevens Favorite rifles still made?

Yes — the Favorite single-shot .22 LR rifle (lever-action takedown design) is currently produced under the Stevens brand. MSRP $200-300. Modern reproduction of the classic 1894 Stevens design.
