Modern Uberti SAAs in .45 Colt are rated for standard pressure (~14,000 PSI) — fine for cowboy action loads and standard factory ammunition. They are NOT rated for Ruger-only or +P loads. Original 1873 Winchester / Henry replicas typically rated for black powder or smokeless equivalent — check the markings on your specific gun before high-pressure ammunition.
Why does the same gun come under Uberti, Cimarron, and Taylor's?
Uberti makes the actual gun in Italy. Cimarron and Taylor's are U.S. distributors that buy from Uberti and add their own finish work, branding, and warranty. Mechanically the same; price differences reflect distributor markup and U.S.-specific tuning.
