Spike's Tactical Value FAQ

What is the Spike's Crusader line?

The Crusader is Spike's premium AR-15 — Inconel gas key staked, hand-finished trigger, engraved 'Crusader' receiver, and an enhanced charging handle. The MSRP is moderate ($1,200-1,500), and they hold value reasonably well.

Are engraved receivers worth more?

On the secondary market — slightly. Spike's themed receivers (Punisher, Spider, Pirate, Snowflake, Don't Tread on Me) have a small enthusiast premium. The Punisher line in particular has fans. Custom engraved lowers usually trade $50-150 above plain equivalents.

Is the Compressor a suppressor host?

Yes — the Compressor is Spike's integrated suppressor design (integral suppressor on a non-removable barrel). Sold as a SBR-classified firearm requiring NFA Form 4 transfer. Niche product but highly regarded among suppressor enthusiasts.
