Used North American Arms Values 2026:
Every Model, Every Caliber.

North American Arms was founded in 1971 in Provo, Utah. NAA produces some of the world's smallest centerfire revolvers — the .22 LR Mini-Revolver fits in a watch pocket. The Pug, Sidewinder, Black Widow, and Earl variants are NAA's product line. Single-action only, 5-shot capacity. Niche 'always-on' carry market — some shooters carry a Mini as backup to their primary handgun.

North American Arms Value FAQ

Is a NAA Mini-Revolver legal everywhere?

In most U.S. states, yes — they meet handgun-length minimums and aren't classified as derringers. California and a few other states have stricter requirements. Always check local law before purchase.

Are .22 Magnum NAAs effective for self-defense?

Limited but better than nothing. .22 Magnum from a 1.625" barrel produces ~700-800 fps with 30-grain bullets — significantly less than even a .380 ACP pocket pistol. NAA Minis are best understood as 'last-resort backup' or 'discreet always-carry' rather than primary defensive firearms.

What's the Pug?

The Pug is NAA's slightly larger Mini-Revolver — 1" barrel, .22 Magnum, with rubber grips and tritium night sights. Designed as the most-effective Mini-platform configuration for defensive use.

Are NAA revolvers collectible?

Limited-edition variants (engraved, special grip materials, Talo / Lipsey's exclusives) command meaningful premiums. Standard production trades close to MSRP on the secondary market.
