Why is the SUB2000 so popular?
It folds in half (~16") and uses standard pistol magazines (Glock, M&P, Beretta) — making it the most-portable PCC available. Gen 3 added improved ergonomics, better optic mounting, and Picatinny rail. MSRP runs $500-650; trades quickly on the used market.
What's the difference between RDB and RFB?
RDB is bullpup 5.56 NATO; RFB is bullpup 7.62 NATO with forward-ejection. The RFB ejects spent brass forward through a tube above the barrel rather than to the side — making it ambidextrous-friendly. Both are unique designs at premium price points ($1,800-2,500 MSRP).
Are Kel-Tec pistols competitive concealed-carry choices?
The P-32 and P-3AT are among the smallest centerfire pistols on the market — popular before the rise of the modern micro-9 (Hellcat, P365). The P-15 is Kel-Tec's modern slim 9mm answer. Build quality is acceptable; trigger pull is heavier than premium brands.
What's the P50?
Kel-Tec P50 is a unique pistol that uses 50-round 5.7x28mm magazines (loaded from the top of the slide) — designed to compete with the FN PS90 for the 5.7 cartridge market in pistol form. Niche product but interesting design. Sells around $700-900.
